Ingredients:

• 250 g – button Mushroom
• 1/4 tsp – black pepper powder
• 2 tbsp – white wine Vinegar
• 1/2 tbsp- Lemon juice
• 1 tbsp – salad oil (olive oil)
• 1 tsp- dried crushed Mint leaves
• 1/2 cup – grated Carrot
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut into half. Saute in a pan for 5-10 mins.
  2. Mix white vinegar, salad oil, pepper powder, mint leaves, salt, lemon juice and grate carrot.
  3. Pour it over the mushrooms and toss.
  4. Chill for 3 hours and serve.
