Ingredients:
• eggs – 4
• Mustard paste – 4 tbsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Tomatoes – 3 medium sized
• Garlic- 4-5 Cloves
• Dry Red Chilli whole – 2
• Water – 320 ml.
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Salt – 1 tsp
Method:
- Boil four eggs, remove the shell and make a few shallow incisions with a knife.
- In a kadai, heat oil and splutter mustard, red chillies and saute garlic.
- Add the mustard paste, turmeric and red chilli powder.
- When the oil separates, add the tomato paste and salt and fry for 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Now add some water and let it boil, add the eggs and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
