Ingredients:

• eggs – 4
• Mustard paste – 4 tbsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Tomatoes – 3 medium sized
• Garlic- 4-5 Cloves
• Dry Red Chilli whole – 2
• Water – 320 ml.
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Salt – 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Boil four eggs, remove the shell and make a few shallow incisions with a knife.
  2. In a kadai, heat oil and splutter mustard, red chillies and saute garlic.
  3. Add the mustard paste, turmeric and red chilli powder.
  4. When the oil separates, add the tomato paste and salt and fry for 10 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Now add some water and let it boil, add the eggs and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
