
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Maida
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 3-4 – Cardamom
• Dalda or any vegetable oil as required
Method:
- Powder sugar and cardamom well. Add maida to it.
- To this powdered mixture, add dalda and mix it well to make a dough like chapatti.
- Divide the dough into small balls and bake it in the oven at about 250 degrees C till light brown in colour.
