Ingredients:

• Maida – 1 cup
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Ghee – 3/4 cup
• 2 pinches – baking soda

Method:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients thoroughly and keep it covered for at least 6 hours.
  2. Now take a lemon sized lump of the dough and press it flat into the shape of cookie.
  3. Place it on a baking dish with the rest of the dough in a similar fashion.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees C for about 25 mins.
  5. Serve warm with milk.
