Ingredients:

• 6 bread slices
• 1 packet noodles
• 1 cup chopped vegetables (beans, carrot, cabbage)
• 2 tbsp chopped baby Corn
• 1/2 tsp chilli powder
• 4-5 sliced cheese or cubes
• Salt as required
• 1.5 cup water

Method:

  1. Boil water and add all the ingredients (except cheese). Add in the noodle masala, too.
  2. Once it is all cooked, remove from heat and allow to cool.
  3. Pre-heat the oven and spread the noodle mixture on top of the bread slices.
  4. Sprinkle cheese or sliced cheese and grill until cheese turns golden in colour.
  5. Serve with ketchup or white sauce.
