
Ingredients:
• 500 g – strawberries, cut into half, chilled
• 1/4 cup – Corn flakes
• 1/4 cup – yogurt, chilled and beaten
• 150 g – Almonds flakes
• castor Sugar to taste
Method:
- In a bowl, put strawberries, add castor sugar and mix lightly.
- Then divide into 6 portions, and put these into 6 individual glass pudding bowls.
- Sprinkle corn flakes over the strawberries and swirl a portion of chilled yogurt over each bowl.
- Sprinkle almond flakes over the fruits.
- Chill and serve.
