Ingredients:

• 250 g – Butter
• 200 g – Sugar, powdered
• 2 – Eggs, beaten
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 100 g – Flour/maida
• 1 tsp – Baking powder
• 100 g – Porridge Oats
• 1/2 tsp – Vanilla essence

Method:

  1. Cream the butter and sugar together.
  2. Add the eggs, vanilla essence and milk.
  3. Add the flour, oats and mix together to form slightly stiff dough.
  4. Form into small balls and flatten slightly.
  5. Place at intervals, on a greased baking tray and bake in moderate oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
