Ingredients:
• 250 g – Butter
• 200 g – Sugar, powdered
• 2 – Eggs, beaten
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 100 g – Flour/maida
• 1 tsp – Baking powder
• 100 g – Porridge Oats
• 1/2 tsp – Vanilla essence
Method:
- Cream the butter and sugar together.
- Add the eggs, vanilla essence and milk.
- Add the flour, oats and mix together to form slightly stiff dough.
- Form into small balls and flatten slightly.
- Place at intervals, on a greased baking tray and bake in moderate oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
