Ingredients:
• 2 cups – old fashioned Quaker Oatmeal
• 1 cup – Urad Dal
• 1/2 cup – Channa dal
• 1/2 cup – moong dal
• 1/2 tsp – Methi
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 4 to 6 – Green chillies
Method:
- Soak all the ingredients for 4-5 hours and grind into a smooth paste. Let it ferment overnight.
- To make dosas, stir the fermented batter well.
- Heat a thick, flat griddle (preferably non-stick), reduce the flame and pour about 1/2 cup of batter on it.
- Spread quickly with the back of a ladle in concentric circles into a thin pancake.
- Increase the flame to medium and cook till the bottom is golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney or sambhar.
