
Ingredients:
• Okra – 250 g
• Besan Flour – 2 tsps
• Oil – 2 tsps
• Lemon Juice – 3 tsps
• Ajwain – 1 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
• Red Chillies – as per taste
• Salt – as per taste
Method:
- Cut okra into two, lengthwise.
- Mix the besan with salt, ajwain, lemon juice, chillies and garam masala.
- Add this mixture to the okra and mix well. Leave this for 15 mins.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, fry bhindis on medium heat till done.
- Serve with chapattis or naan.
