Ingredients:

• Okra – 250 g
• Besan Flour – 2 tsps
• Oil – 2 tsps
• Lemon Juice – 3 tsps
• Ajwain – 1 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
• Red Chillies – as per taste
• Salt – as per taste

Method:

  1. Cut okra into two, lengthwise.
  2. Mix the besan with salt, ajwain, lemon juice, chillies and garam masala.
  3. Add this mixture to the okra and mix well. Leave this for 15 mins.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan, fry bhindis on medium heat till done.
  5. Serve with chapattis or naan.
