Ingredients:

• 50 g – Okra
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 – green chilly
• 4 cups – Curd
• 1/2 tsp – mustard
• Salt

Method:

  1. Wash and dry okra. Cut into small pieces.
  2. Take a pan, add oil, splutter mustard, put okra and chilles. Fry till the okra becomes crisp. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  3. Add this to the curd and mix well.
