
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – besan flour
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• 1 finely chopped – Onions
• 1 – green chilly, finely chopped
• 1 – tomato, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – red chilly powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/ 2 tsp – cumin powder
• salt to taste
• 2 tsp – oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Saute ginger-garlic and chillies for 1 minute.
- Then add onions and saute it until they become transparent and soft.
- Then add the tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and cumin powder.
- Add salt and keep the mixture aside once cooked.
- In a bowl, beat besan and milk until they become soft and fluffy.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Reduce the flame, then pour the mixture of besan and milk into the pan.
- Add the above prepared mixture of onions and tomatoes on top.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and then allow it to cook on low flame.
- Flip it over and cook the other part.
- Serve hot with toasted bread and butter.
