Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – besan flour
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• 1 finely chopped – Onions
• 1 – green chilly, finely chopped
• 1 – tomato, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – red chilly powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/ 2 tsp – cumin powder
• salt to taste
• 2 tsp – oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a kadai.
  2. Saute ginger-garlic and chillies for 1 minute.
  3. Then add onions and saute it until they become transparent and soft.
  4. Then add the tomatoes and cook until soft.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and cumin powder.
  6. Add salt and keep the mixture aside once cooked.
  7. In a bowl, beat besan and milk until they become soft and fluffy.
  8. Add a pinch of salt.
  9. Heat oil in a pan.
  10. Reduce the flame, then pour the mixture of besan and milk into the pan.
  11. Add the above prepared mixture of onions and tomatoes on top.
  12. Garnish with coriander leaves and then allow it to cook on low flame.
  13. Flip it over and cook the other part.
  14. Serve hot with toasted bread and butter.
