Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp – oil – Ghee
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 2 cups – cooked and cooled Rice
• 1/2 tsp – salt (or to taste)
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan or karahi on medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and fry until deep pink colour.
- Add cooked and cooled rice and salt to taste.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Cover with a lid and cook on a low heat for 8 minutes.
- Open the lid and stir well continuously for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
