Ingredients:

• 4 slices – bread
• 1/2 – chopped liver
• 1 – onion, sliced
• 4 tbsp – cheese powder
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp – Ginger paste
• 2 – Red Chilli
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt as per taste
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 3 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Make a paste of ginger-garlic-red chilli and salt.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Fry onions till brown.
  3. Add ground paste into it. Simmer for 2 mins.
  4. Add chopped liver and fry for 5 mins.
  5. Add a little water and let the liver cook.
  6. When cooked, saute on high heat and dry all the water.
  7. Make a paste with the liver. Add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Spread evenly on bread slices.
  9. Garnish with cheese and bake it at 350 F for 10 mins.
  10. Serve hot with ketchup and shredded lettuce leaves.
