
Ingredients:
• green gram (moong) dal – ½ cup
• grated Carrot – 2 cup
• Orange 1, peeled and chopped
• green chilies 2, chopped
• Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp, chopped
• Raw Mango – ½ cup, chopped finely
• grated Coconut – ½ cup
• oil – 2 tsp
• mustard – 1 tsp
• Curry leaves few
• salt to taste
Method:
- Soak dal in water for 2 hours.
- Drain and mix with all the ingredients from carrot to grated coconut.
- Heat oil in small fry pan.
- Season with mustard and curry leaves.
- Add to the kosumbari and mix well.
