Ingredients:

• 1 cup – gram flour
• 3 tbsp – Rice flour
• 1 – Onions
• 4 – Green chillies
• small quantity – Ginger
• small quantity – Curry leaves
• small quantity – Coriander leaves
• a pinch – Asafoetida
• salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
• oil for frying

Method:

  1. Mix gram flour, rice flour, ghee, chopped onions, green chillies, ginger, salt, asafoetida, curry leaves and coriander leaves and a little water to make the dough.
  2. Heat oil in a pan/kadai and deep fry the pakodas.
