Ingredients:

• 200 gm – Maida
• 10 – Egg yolks
• 500 gm – Sugar
• Milk of – 1 Coconut
• 1/4 tsp – Nutmeg powder
• 200 gm – Ghee

Method:

  1. Extract the coconut milk, mix it with maida, sugar and egg yolks.
  2. Stir thoroughly till sugar has dissolved.
  3. Then add nutmeg powder and keep aside.
  4. Heat a little ghee in a pan and pour in one cup of batter. Bake till brown.
  5. And another spoonful of ghee and another cup of batter. Bake.
  6. Repeat this till all the batter is used up in layers.
  7. Turn the bebinca upside down and cool before serving.
