Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup – crumbled Paneer
• 1 cup – finely chopped Spinach
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – cumin
• 1 Bay Leaf
• 4- Cloves
• 1 – Cinnamon stick
• 1 – green Cardamom
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add the spices and saute.
- Add green chilli and spinach, saute till the spinach wilts
- Add paneer, salt, turmeric, garam masala and lemon juice, mix well
- Cover and cook for 3 to 5 mins, open and fry for another 2 mins. Serve
