Ingredients:

• 1 cup – finely chopped Palak
• 2 – Potatoes
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – chilli sauce
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Boil the potatoes. Peel off the skin and cut the potatoes into small pieces.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai.
  3. Add all the other ingredients and the potatoes.
  4. Add 1/4 cup of water and allow to cook well for 5-10 mins.
  5. Serve hot.
