
Ingredients:
• 1 bunch of Spinach (palak) leaves
• 1/2 inch – Ginger
• 3-4 Green chillies
• a small bunch of Coriander leaves
• a ball of Tamarind
• 2 tsp cumin (jeera)
• salt to taste
• flour for the rotis
Method:
- Blanch the palak well i.e., boil in hot water for 2 minutes and put them under cold running water.
- Grind all the above ingredients to a fine paste.
- Mix this mixture with the flour and make a pliable dough.
- Roll out the rotis and fry applying ghee on both sides. Serve with pickle or dahi.
