Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Basmati Rice (cooked)
• 1 cup – Paneer cubes
• 1 cup – Cooked Chickpeas
• 1 tsp – Shah Jeera
• 1 – Onion (chopped lengthwise)
• 3 Green chillies (slit opened)
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp – Pepper powder
• Salt
• 1/2 cup- Mint leaves (chopped)
• Oil
Method:
- Heat enough oil in a large pan, add the shah jeera and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and stir until they turn translucent.
- Now add the slit green chillies and chopped mint leaves. Saute until the mint leaves shrivel.
- Meanwhile, heat oil and fry the paneer pieces on both sides until they turn golden brown. Keep aside.
- Add the garam masala powder, cumin powder, pepper powder to the cooking vegetables and toss until the spice powders get well mixed.
- Now add the already cooked basmati rice, fried paneer pieces to the pan and toss everything gently.
- Serve hot with any spicy side dish.
