Ingredients:

• 100 g – Paneer
• 175 g – Coconut powder

Method:

  1. Method to make paneer:
  2. Boil milk, add vinegar solution and stir it. Drain into a muslin cloth.
  3. Press out excess water.
  4. Place cloth under heavy weight for 1 hour.
  5. Method to make paneer balls:
  6. Take out paneer and put in a large bowl.
  7. Knead paneer with base of the hand (not with fingers) to make a very soft and smooth dough.
  8. Add coconut powder, confectioners’ sugar, cardamom powder in it and mix it very well and make a smooth dough with it.
  9. Shape dough into laddoos of desired shape.
  10. Put it refrigerator in summer and at room temp in winter.
