Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Paneer Bhurji
• 2 – Potatoes (large and cooked)
• 1/2 tsp – Chaat masala
• 2 cups – All-purpose flour
• 1/4 tsp – Baking soda
• Salt
Method:
- Sieve the flour, baking soda together and knead with enough water to form smooth and soft dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and set aside for 30 mins.
- Mix the paneer bhurji, cooked and mashed potatoes and chaat masala and keep aside.
- Make tiny balls from the dough, dust with flour and roll them as circles, cut into semi circles, fold the sides to make a cone.
- Now gently place paneer bhurji-potato mixture inside the cone, press the sides tightly until they sticks.
- Heat enough oil for deep-frying, gently drop the samosas, fry until they turn golden brown.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
