Ingredients:

• 500 g – Paneer
• Salt and pepper – to taste
• 1 – 2 tsps – oil
• Chopped Coriander leaves to garnish

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Cube the paneer and shallow fry till golden brown. Take out and drain oil with the help of tissue paper.
  3. Now add some salt and pepper, and mix well.
  4. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
