Ingredients:
• 500 g – Paneer
• Salt and pepper – to taste
• 1 – 2 tsps – oil
• Chopped Coriander leaves to garnish
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Cube the paneer and shallow fry till golden brown. Take out and drain oil with the help of tissue paper.
- Now add some salt and pepper, and mix well.
- Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
