Ingredients:
• 400 g semolina (rava)
• 500 g mava (khoya)
• 500 g Brown sugar
• 200 g desiccated Coconut
• 1 tsp powdered Cardamoms
• 1/2 cup mixed nuts
• Desiccated Coconut for rolling
• A few drops of red food colour
Method:
- Combine the semolina and khoya in a pressure cooker and pressure cook till you hear 2 whistles.
- While still warm, rub the mixture using your palms so that no lumps remain.
- When completely cold, add the sugar, coconut and nuts and cardamom powder and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into small laddoos and roll them in coconut.
- Apply the dot of red colour.
- Serve.
