Ingredients:

• Paneer – 50 g
• Methi – 1 bundle
• Maida – a little
• dhaniya powder – 1 tsp
• Jeera powder – 1 tsp
• chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• salt to taste
• Onion – 2
• Tomato – 3
• Ginger Garlic paste – little
• oil to fry
• Coriander leaves for garnishing.

Method:

  1. For Koftas:
  2. Grate paneer. Mix it with finely chopped methi.
  3. Add little maida with the above mixture so that it holds.
  4. Add dhania powder, jeera powder, chilli powder, salt and mix well.
  5. Make small balls out of the above mixture.
  6. Heat oil and fry the balls till they are brown.
  7. For gravy:
  8. Grind onion and tomatoes.
  9. Heat oil and put ginger garlic paste in that.
  10. Add onion-tomato mix to it, add a little salt and stir well till oil separates.
  11. Add koftas to the above gravy.
  12. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
