Ingredients:
• Paneer – 50 g
• Methi – 1 bundle
• Maida – a little
• dhaniya powder – 1 tsp
• Jeera powder – 1 tsp
• chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• salt to taste
• Onion – 2
• Tomato – 3
• Ginger Garlic paste – little
• oil to fry
• Coriander leaves for garnishing.
Method:
- For Koftas:
- Grate paneer. Mix it with finely chopped methi.
- Add little maida with the above mixture so that it holds.
- Add dhania powder, jeera powder, chilli powder, salt and mix well.
- Make small balls out of the above mixture.
- Heat oil and fry the balls till they are brown.
- For gravy:
- Grind onion and tomatoes.
- Heat oil and put ginger garlic paste in that.
- Add onion-tomato mix to it, add a little salt and stir well till oil separates.
- Add koftas to the above gravy.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
