Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp of Orange Marmalade
• 1 Roti
• 2 Marie Biscuit
• 1 Tsp Soft Salted Butter
• 1/4 cup of grated Paneer

Method:

  1. Spread the orange marmalade on the roti.
  2. Fold the roti in half and fill it with a mixture of paneer, butter and crushed biscuits.
  3. Press the sides down and roast on a tawa till golden brown.
  4. Serve with a dollop of orange marmalade.
