
Ingredients:
• 250 g – paneer, grated
• 1.5 cup – mashed Potato
• 1/2 cup – Shallots (small onions), peeled and chopped fine
• 2 tbsp – roasted peanuts, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – garlic, minced
• 1 tsp – ginger, minced
• 2 tsp – curry powder
• 2 tsp – soya sauce
• 2 tbsp – Maida
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/2 cup – dry bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup – sesame seeds
• oil to shallow fry
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients well together (except bread crumbs, sesame and oil) and divide the mixture into 12 portions.
- Shape each portion into 1/2-inch thick discs.
- Mix bread crumbs with sesame seeds and place on a wide plate.
- Roll the patties in this mixture.
- Heat a non-stick fry pan and fry the patties on both sides with a little oil.
- Serve hot with a sweet and sour sauce.
