Ingredients:

• 200 gms – paneer, grated
• 2 – potatoes, boiled, mashed
• 1/2 cup – bread crumbs
• 4 to 5 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 1 inch piece – ginger, grated
• 3 to 4 flakes – garlic, crushed
• 2 tbsp – coriander, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp – Mint leaves, finely chopped
• Salt to taste
• Oil to deep fry

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl except oil.
  2. Make about 20 small kebab shaped pieces with the mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan till smoky.
  4. Let in a few tikkis at a time, deep-frying both sides till golden.
  5. Drain and transfer on absorbent paper to drain excess oil.
  6. Serve hot and crisp with chutneys, ketchup etc.
