Ingredients:

• 4 to 5 – roasted papads
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1/2 inch – Ginger
• 2 to 3 – Garlic pods
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• Oil for cooking

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Make a paste of onion, ginger and garlic.
  3. Add this paste to the oil.
  4. When the paste turns brown, add the tomato puree.
  5. Add salt and other spices
  6. When it starts boiling, add a cup of water and continue to boil.
  7. Add chopped papad.
  8. Enjoy with rice or roti.
