• Raw papaya (small to medium ) gratings
• Two medium size boiled Potato, mashed
• Green chillies -2 to 3 finely chopped
• Finely chopped Coriander -small bunch
• Garam Masala -one tsp
• Pinch of Asafoetida
• Salt to taste
• Methi -finely chopped (optional)
• Atta(wheat flour)- 2 cups


  1. Make soft chapatti dough with atta and required amount of water.
  2. Keep it aside for some time and make lemon sized balls. Mix all remaining ingredients and make round balls to stuff the chapatti.
  3. Roll the atta balls, stuff with papaya filling. Pinch and close. Roll the parathas carefully and roast them on a non-stick pan.
