
Ingredients:
• 400 gms – puff pastry, ready-bought
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 1 tsp – grated cheese
• 12 – sausages
• Egg for brushing over
• 8 slices – cooked Meat + more pastry
Method:
- Roll out the pastry and cut into 1-cm strips. Cut the ends of the sausages and wrap in the pastry. Spread some mustard over and brush with egg.
- Bake at 200 C until golden. Roll out the pastry as above but leave whole.
- Spread with cheese and slices of cooked meat.
- Roll up, brush with egg and either bake as it is or cut into slices about 5-cm wide.
- Bake at 200 C until golden.
- Serve with decorated tomatoes.
