Ingredients:

• 400 gms – puff pastry, ready-bought
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 1 tsp – grated cheese
• 12 – sausages
• Egg for brushing over
• 8 slices – cooked Meat + more pastry

Method:

  1. Roll out the pastry and cut into 1-cm strips. Cut the ends of the sausages and wrap in the pastry. Spread some mustard over and brush with egg.
  2. Bake at 200 C until golden. Roll out the pastry as above but leave whole.
  3. Spread with cheese and slices of cooked meat.
  4. Roll up, brush with egg and either bake as it is or cut into slices about 5-cm wide.
  5. Bake at 200 C until golden.
  6. Serve with decorated tomatoes.
