Ingredients:

• For batter:
• 1 cup – Maida
• 4 tsp – Rawa
• 2 tsp – Rice flour
• 1.75 cups – Milk
• For filling:
• 1 cup – grated fresh Coconut
• 1/2 cup – khoya
• 1/4 cup – palm Sugar/regular Sugar
• Sweetened condensed Milk (for serving)

Method:

  1. Heat a pan, take the coconut and sugar together, mix it well with a spatula
  2. Once the sugar melts, add the khoya and cook until the mixture turns thick.
  3. Meanwhile mix all the ingredients given for the batter in a bowl and make a smooth batter.
  4. Heat a tawa, pour a ladle of this prepared batter and spread it as round thin circle
  5. If needed drizzle melted butter or ghee.
  6. Once it gets cooked, flip it and cook the other side.
  7. Place the prepared filling in the middle and bring the edges of the crepe to the centre.
  8. Serve immediately drizzled with sweetened condensed milk.
