Ingredients:

• 1 – cabbage, medium size
• 1 tsp – Garlic Onion paste
• 2 tsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – Haldi
• mirchi powder
• Garam Masala
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Prepare onion garlic paste and fry in kadai till golden brown colour.
  2. Peel the cabbage leaves and separate them. Add the masala in the cabbage leaves.
  3. Roll each leaf and tie with a thread.
  4. Boil some water, put a steel chili on the kadai and keep rolls of cabbage leaves on it.
  5. Cook for about 20 minutes on sum.
  6. Now remove the rolls of cabbage and untie the thread.
  7. Cut the rolls into pieces and garnish with coriander.
