Ingredients:
• 1 – cabbage, medium size
• 1 tsp – Garlic Onion paste
• 2 tsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – Haldi
• mirchi powder
• Garam Masala
• salt to taste
Method:
- Prepare onion garlic paste and fry in kadai till golden brown colour.
- Peel the cabbage leaves and separate them. Add the masala in the cabbage leaves.
- Roll each leaf and tie with a thread.
- Boil some water, put a steel chili on the kadai and keep rolls of cabbage leaves on it.
- Cook for about 20 minutes on sum.
- Now remove the rolls of cabbage and untie the thread.
- Cut the rolls into pieces and garnish with coriander.
