Ingredients:

• 4 Black Cardamoms
• 1/4 cup – Coriander seeds
• 1/8 cup – Cumin seeds
• 1/8 cup – Whole black pepper
• 1 and 1/2 tbsp – Fennel seeds
• 10 – red dry chillies
• 10 pieces – Cinnamon
• 2 tbsp – Dry Mango powder

Method:

  1. Dry roast all the ingredients till golden brown (except dry mango powder) on low medium heat.
  2. Roast till nice aroma is released.
  3. Then add mango powder and roast for a minute.
  4. Then cool down completely and then grind to a fine powder.
  5. Cool and store in a clean dry container.
