Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Peaches
• 4 – Bananas
• 400 ml – full fat Milk
• 400 gm – Fresh Cream
• 1 tin – condensed Milk
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1 Lemon juice extracted
Method:
- Boil milk to 200 ml.
- Keep aside under the fan to cool to room temperature.
- Meanwhile, peel and slice peaches.
- Put in a heavy-bottom pan, sprinkle sugar.
- Heat, covered, on a low flame, till the liquid becomes sticky.
- Add lemon juice, stir, allow to cool to room temperature.
- Cut and mix in bananas, blend to a smooth puree in blender.
- Add milk, cream, and condensed milk to the banana mixture.
- Set in refrigerator for few hours till firm but not hard.
- Serve in scoops or cubes.
- Garnish with cubed peaches
