Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – mince (Beef or Mutton)
• 2 big Onions chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 2 Green chillies chopped finely
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 Potatoes boiled and chopped into small pieces

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped garlic and onions till golden brown.
  2. Add the green chillies, turmeric powder, pepper powder and saute for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the mince and salt and mix well.
  4. Cook on low heat for about 1/2 hour till the mince is cooked and all the water evaporates.
  5. Add the potatoes and mix well.
  6. Simmer on low heat for 3 more minutes.
  7. Serve hot with bread or chapattis.
