Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Pork chops
• 3 or 4 – Potatoes
• 4 big – sliced Onions
• 2 – green chillies, split lengthwise
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• salt
• 3 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Pressure cook the pork chops with a little water till it is tender. Let some soup remain.
- Open the pressure cooker and add the onions, green chillies, salt, pepper powder and oil and mix it well.
- Keep cooking on low heat till the soup dries up and the onions and pork are nicely browned.
- Just before turning off the heat, add the boiled potatoes and mix it well.
- Serve it hot with bread or rice as a side dish.
