Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Pork chops
• 3 or 4 – Potatoes
• 4 big – sliced Onions
• 2 – green chillies, split lengthwise
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• salt
• 3 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Pressure cook the pork chops with a little water till it is tender. Let some soup remain.
  2. Open the pressure cooker and add the onions, green chillies, salt, pepper powder and oil and mix it well.
  3. Keep cooking on low heat till the soup dries up and the onions and pork are nicely browned.
  4. Just before turning off the heat, add the boiled potatoes and mix it well.
  5. Serve it hot with bread or rice as a side dish.
