Ingredients:

• 1 cup – basil, fresh
• 1/2 cup – parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup – Olive oil
• 6 flakes/seeds/cloves – Garlic
• 1/2 cup – Walnut
• As required – salt
• As required – pepper Corns

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend on pulse (do not puree it). Consistency should be slightly grainy.
  2. Add more olive oil, to preserve the sauce, and refrigerate it.
  3. You can use this for pasta recipes.
