Ingredients:

• 1 – Raw Mango
• 2 tbsp – salt
• 2 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1.5 tsp – mustard powder
• Sesame or ground nut oil

Method:

  1. Chop raw mango into little pieces. Discard the seed.
  2. Put the pieces in a bowl and add salt, red chilli powder and mustard powder.
  3. Mix them well by adding oil little by little (5 to 6 tbsps).
  4. Cover the bowl and leave the mixture overnight.
  5. Serve with hot rice, dal and ghee.
