Ingredients:

• 3 cups – Pineapple chunks (chopped)
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 cup – water

Method:

  1. Combine the sugar and water in a blender and blend until the sugar dissolves, add the chopped pineapple chunks and lemon juice and continue to blend until smooth, strain the juice.
  2. Pour the mixture in a stainless steel box and freeze for 3 hours.
  3. Scrape with a fork and freeze again for 5 hours or overnight.
  4. Remove the mixture from the freezer and let sit for few minutes, scrape the mixture with a fork and serve in a bowl.
