Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken
• 1 tbsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tbsp – Turmeric powder
• 3 tbsp – coriander powder
• 6 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1 liter – beer
• 2 tsp – Chicken masala
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients (except beer and onions) and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  2. In a pan, heat oil and fry the onions.
  3. Take the chicken from the fridge and put it in the pan.
  4. Cook on low heat.
  5. After 5 mins, add chicken masala powder and close the lid.
  6. When it is about to boil, add beer and boil for 4 to 5 mins.
  7. Now the beer chicken is ready to eat.
