Ingredients:
• 300 g – fresh Pineapple pieces, chopped.
• 1 tbsp – china grass.
• 1 tbsp – honey.
• 250 ml – water.
• 350 ml – skimmed milk.
• 1 to 2 tbsp – Almond flakes.
Method:
- In a pan, take water and add pineapple pieces. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 20 mins.
- Cook till it becomes soft.
- Blend the mixture to a smooth paste.
- Pour it into a pan and add China grass and cook for 2 mins.
- Remove from fire and let it cool.
- When lukewarm, add honey and milk and mix well lightly.
- Pour into individual glass pudding bowls, sprinkle almond flakes over it and chill it.
- Serve chilled.
