Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup – Pineapple (Cubed)
• 3/4 cup – Yoghurt / Curd
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Sugar
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seed powder
• 1/4 tsp – Chaat Masala
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Hang the curd for 10 mins to drain out the extra water.
  2. Now pour it in a wide bowl.
  3. Add salt, sugar, red chilli powder, jeera powder and chaat masala.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add the pineapple cubes and mix well.
  6. Serve chilled with biryani or as it is.
