Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Chicken
• 15 – red long chillies
• 15 – pepper Corns
• 3 inch piece – Ginger
• 1 big pod – Garlic
Method:
- Grind all the masala ingredients to a fine paste.
- Marinate chicken in this masala for 2 to 3 hours.
- Steam chicken for 15 mins in a pressure pan (without weight).
- Take a frying pan, add 2 tbsps of oil, 5 to 8 green chillies according to your taste.
- Add curry leaves, steamed chicken along with the masala.
- Fry well till it is dry.
- Finally add lime juice (1/2 lime).
- Serve as a side dish with rice and rasam.
