Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Chicken
• 15 – red long chillies
• 15 – pepper Corns
• 3 inch piece – Ginger
• 1 big pod – Garlic

Method:

  1. Grind all the masala ingredients to a fine paste.
  2. Marinate chicken in this masala for 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Steam chicken for 15 mins in a pressure pan (without weight).
  4. Take a frying pan, add 2 tbsps of oil, 5 to 8 green chillies according to your taste.
  5. Add curry leaves, steamed chicken along with the masala.
  6. Fry well till it is dry.
  7. Finally add lime juice (1/2 lime).
  8. Serve as a side dish with rice and rasam.
