Ingredients:

• 250 g – Raw Mango pieces
• 4 tbsp – Mustard oil
• 1 tsp – Asafoetida
• 75 g – Mustard Seeds dal
• 50 g – Red Chilli Kashmir powder
• 20 g – salt
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder.

Method:

  1. Heat the mustard oil until smoking and keep aside to cool.
  2. Take a bowl, add the mango pieces, mustard dal, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida and salt.
  3. Mix well and then add the mustard oil.
  4. The pickle is ready.
