Ingredients:

• 6 – Chicken Drumsticks
• 2 – large onions, chopped
• 2 tsps – Jeera
• 2 – medium Green chillies
• 1 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – sesame oil (til oil)
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – black pepper powder
• 2 tbsps – oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Skin chicken drumsticks and keep it aside.
  2. In a heavy bottom pan, fry the onions till brown.
  3. When done, reserve some for garnishing. In the rest, add chicken and mix for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  5. Cover and cook on low flame till chicken is done.
  6. Put in a serving dish and garnish with reserved fried onions.
