
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Rice
• 1 cup – Tuvar dal
• 1 cup – split peas
• 1 cup -urad dal
• 5 – Green chillies
• 4 – Red Chillies
• 1.5 tbsp – salt
• 1/4 tbsp- Hing powder
Method:
- Soak rice and the dals together in water for 2 hours.
- Grind them into a fine paste adding red, green chillies, salt and hing powder.
- Keep the paste aside for 1/2 hour
- Make adai just like dosa in a fry pan.
- Can be served with sambhar, chutney, butter and sugar.
