Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Wheat flour
• 1.5 kg – Sugar
• 1.5 kg – Ghee
• 1 cup – water
• A tsp – Milk
• A little – Kesar

Method:

  1. Mix wheat flour with water to make a soft liquid batter.
  2. Add sugar, mix well so as to obtain a dosa-like batter.
  3. Soak kesar in milk and add it to the batter
  4. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat ghee in a pan and pour about a spoonful of batter into it.
  6. Spread it a little so as to get flat malpuris and fry till crisp and brown.
