Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Wheat flour
• 1.5 kg – Sugar
• 1.5 kg – Ghee
• 1 cup – water
• A tsp – Milk
• A little – Kesar
Method:
- Mix wheat flour with water to make a soft liquid batter.
- Add sugar, mix well so as to obtain a dosa-like batter.
- Soak kesar in milk and add it to the batter
- Keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat ghee in a pan and pour about a spoonful of batter into it.
- Spread it a little so as to get flat malpuris and fry till crisp and brown.
