
Ingredients:
• 1 – raw mango, grated
• 2 cup – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Take a thick bottom pan, grease it with oil and heat the pan. Add the grated raw mango and stir for a minute.
- Add sugar to the mango and stir it well until the mango dissolves the sugar.
- Add water to the mixture and stir well.
- Add 1 tsp of lemon juice, a pinch salt and a pinch of chilli powder to the mixture and keep stirring, so that the mixture does not stick to the bottom.
- Cook till it solidifies.
- Enjoy this jam with bread or chapatti.
