Ingredients:
• 1 small Cucumber
• 1 small Capsicum
• 1 small Onion
• 1 small Tomato
• 1 small beet root
• 1 small Carrot
• 1 small piece Cabbage
• For Masala:
• 1 tbsp – Ginger chilli paste
• curds
• chopped Coriander leaves
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cut cucumber, capsicum, onion and tomato into small cubes.
- Grate carrot and beet root.
- Chop the cabbage finely.
- Mix all the cut and grated vegetables. Add salt.
- Remove extra water by light palm pressure.
- Add all the masalas.
- Beat the curd and put all the mixed vegetables with the masalas.
- Chill and serve.
